1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ScriptCam, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are between 13–18 years old, you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

ScriptCam is a mobile application that provides:

• Script creation, editing, and management
• AI-powered teleprompter with real-time speech tracking
• In-app video recording with built-in camera controls
• AI script generation and customization
• Take management and organization

Free Tier

• Unlimited script creation
• Basic teleprompter
• Up to 1-minute recording sessions
• 3 AI script generations per day

Pro Tier (Subscription)

• Unlimited recording time
• Unlimited AI script generation
• 4K HDR video quality
• AI voice-sync scrolling
• Social import and export
• Sync Score analytics
• Priority support

3. Subscriptions and Payments

ScriptCam Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription processed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all scripts, recordings, and content you create using ScriptCam. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g., displaying your scripts, enabling AI features).

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Interfere with the App's servers or networks
• Create accounts for automated or non-human use
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ScriptCam — including the app, design, branding, and content — are owned by ScriptCam. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ScriptCam is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptCam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
